By my signature on the Printable version of the Hold Harmless Agreement, I am Agreeing to the Hold Harmless Agreement. I ask to be a Study Group Coordinator (SGC) and agree to abide by the Conditions of Acceptance for SGCs. Further, I agree to "hold harmless" all of the administrative people associated with the Study Group Program (SGP) from any and all liabilities or damages arising from my participation in the SGP. In other words, I will not make any legal claims related to the SGP against the people of Society of Novus Spiritus; both for known and unknown claims or damages. This release of liability is intended to be as broad as allowable under the laws of California.

I have carefully read this agreement and the Conditions of Acceptance, and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and contract between myself and Society of Novus Spiritus and sign it of my own free will. I am over eighteen years old.
